Jewelled & Scenic Demitasse Cup & Saucer #2

This is a really nice demitasse or mocha coffee cup and saucer made by KPM in the early 20th century. Such a cute set with the saucer having a gold leaf garland and pink raised "jewelled" flowers to it with a gold trim to the edge. These raised Seger enamels are super nice and there is a reason they are referred to as "jewels" since they look like tiny ones! The cup has a superb Watteau style scene to the front and the same gold leaf garland and pink "jewels" design along the sides. Gold trim to the top edge and handle. A really cute cup and saucer! Both are in perfect condition and marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter as well as the red orb as well as various decorator's marks etc. as shown. The cup is 1.75 inches tall and 1.75 inches in diameter. The saucer is 0.75 inches tall and 3.75 inches in diameter. I also have a matching second set on the site if anyone is interested in a rare pair. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $599
